Explicit Consent Text for Processing Personal Data on the Website

By Arvatera İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“Arvatera”), within the scope of the Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data on the Website of Arvatera İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş., provided for your information in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“PDP Law”), your explicit consent is sought for the processing of personal data for the purpose of carrying out marketing activities. 

  • (i) In the event of your consent pursuant to the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, your contact information such as e-mail and mobile phone number may be used to contact you for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, including communication, advertising and marketing activities, and informing you about new products and campaigns,
  • (ii) For the management of data held by Arvatera, determination and implementation of commercial and business strategies, distribution of e-mails, research and analysis, brand and product promotions, and the management of certain services and features 

are collected, processed, stored electronically for a limited time and in a limited scope, transferred to suppliers and third-party service providers for processing or storage in compliance with legal requirements, and shared with such third parties only to the extent necessary while observing data protection and security measures.

Within this scope, I hereby give my explicit consent pursuant to the PDP Law to the processing of my personal data for the purposes specified above; and I explicitly consent to Arvatera continuing the above-mentioned data processing activities unless I request the deletion/ anonymization or destruction of my personal data.
