PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy has been prepared by Arvatera İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as “Arvatera” or the “Company”).

1. Purpose and Scope

This Policy has been prepared to determine the data security and data privacy processes of Arvatera. The Company is committed to ensuring the security of all data stored and processed in its information systems and subjects them to the highest level of confidentiality and security measures.

Arvatera acts as a data controller in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and other relevant legislation on the protection of personal data.
